Here is is after Christmas and we have been blessed in so many ways! Grandma and grandpa have been with us for six week and we have enjoyed their presence (and especially their cooking)!
Christmas in Romania was an interesting experience, especially for Sam as he spent more time out in the city. Every city we drove through or spent time in was decorated with lights and many had a Christmas market every night in the town plaza. Also, Romanians seem to really enjoy the Christmas season. There is music everywhere and much of it is "oldies" like Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Chipmunks, etc. We feel like we have been transported back to the 50's!

We also had our own adventures as we traveled to Vienna for five days to explore and enjoy during the holiday break!

We also had a lovely Christmas eve dinner and counted our blessings. We all had presents to open on Christmas morn and are enjoying our time of rest before school/work starts up again. We then joined other brothers and sisters to worship at
Emanuel Baptist Church of Tinca where Sam gave a message of hope and encouragement during this joyous time.
These pictures are great!!! Lord Miceus Minus, haha...Jonathan's a ham...Micah as the maitre d...and in a couple of those pictures I did a double take because Daniel actually looks so much like Ryan...it must be the hat...Ryan has one just like that. Vienna looks beautiful. Did you guys end up doing a Bethlehem Dinner on Christmas eve?
